Frank M. Bedell is a partner at Ver Ploeg & Marino, P.A., offering 39 years of litigation experience. Prior to joining the firm, he maintained a diverse civil litigation practice in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Bedell has been actively involved in numerous bar organizations, including serving as past president of the Orange County Bar Association, a former board member of the Legal Aid Society of the OCBA, and past chair of the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar. He currently serves as a member of The Florida Bar’s Board of Governors.
Since joining Ver Ploeg & Marino in 2025, Mr. Bedell has focused his practice exclusively on insurance coverage and bad faith disputes.
