Graciana M. Berlin

Graciana Berlin is a native of Florida born and raised in Orlando. Ms. Berlin earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. Graciana then attended the University of Miami School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate. While in law school Graciana was the recipient of the Honorable Theodore Klein Endowed Scholarship for leadership and excellence in trial advocacy. 

Ms. Berlin began her career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando.  There she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases, as well as cases involving Domestic Violence.  Following the State Attorney’s office, Ms. Berlin was an associate at a Central Florida firm where she practiced insurance defense. Joining Ver Ploeg & Marino, Ms. Berlin is uniquely qualified to represent both individuals and corporate policyholders in complex coverage disputes and bad faith litigation.
