Jacob Schuster is from New York City, New York and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Schuster attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine as part of a B.A/M.D. program before pivoting his focus to study political science at Portland State University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree.
While in law school, Jacob found his driving passion and love for legal practice from his experience with Moot Court. Here, Jacob served as Executive Board Member and competed in both the Jessup International Moot Court Competition and Emory Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition. Furthering his expertise and knowledge, Mr. Schuster worked as a legal extern and summer intern for the Florida Board of Governors Self-Insurance program gaining valuable insights that influence his practice today. As a summer clerk for the New York Supreme Court, Mr. Schuster gained firsthand experience at trial court. Now he represents individual and corporate policyholders in complex coverage disputes with their insurers.
