Mary E. Emanuel

Mary Emanuel is a Senior Paralegal in the Orlando office.  Since 2009 she has worked in areas of insurance coverage disputes, and general commercial litigation and contract disputes, and more recently has been focused in the area of insurance bad faith.  Mary began working as a litigation paralegal in early 1999, and has assisted in representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants. A large part of her early career was devoted to suits involving construction defects, and design errors and omissions, often in complex litigation scenarios. Her experience also includes intellectual property infringement cases; representation of a large distributor of motors used in experimental and uncertified aircraft; representation of a diverse real estate group in South Florida, and defense of various corporate clients sued in personal injury cases.

 Mary received her B.A. degree with honors from Florida Atlantic University in 1992.  She has been a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants since 2000 and a Florida Registered Paralegal since 2008.
