Stephen A. Marino, Jr.

Managing Partner, Stephen A. Marino, Jr. is a 1995 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami Law School. He is admitted to the Florida Bar; U.S. District Courts of Florida: Southern, Middle, and Northern; U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit; and the Supreme Court of the United States.

A former architect, Stephen brings technical and applied science knowledge to his litigation practice. He specializes in first- and third-party insurance coverage, with an emphasis on bad faith litigation. He is the past president of the Miami-Dade Justice Association, a long-time board member of the Florida Justice Association, a former appointed governor of the American Association for Justice, and served as the Chairman of the Board of the Overtown Youth Center for twelve years. 

Mr. Marino is a frequent speaker both nationally and state-wide on bad faith and insurance coverage issues.
